Protests have broken out in the Central African Republic over the President seeking a third term.

Protests have broken out accross the Central African Republic after the President annouced his plan to seek a third term in office. Protesters also objected to the continued presences of Wagner mercenaries in the country. The Central African Republic was one of the first to invite the Wagner group to operate within its borders to fight islamic extremeists groups. The group has also been accussed of being invovled with undermining the country’s soverignty.
