Ukraine escalates drone strikes on Russian energy and logistics.

Ukraine hit Russia’s Volgograd refinery with drones for the second time in three months, targeting a key fuel producer. Saboteurs inside Russia reportedly set fire to dozens of locomotives used for military transport. Ukrainian forces also struck fuel sites in Crimea and a drone base in Donetsk, while Russia launched drone attacks on Kamianske, killing one and injuring eight. Both sides continue daily assaults on energy and transport infrastructure as diplomatic efforts stall.
