Ukrainian forces struck the Sverdlov ammunition plant in western Russia, an oil terminal in Crimea, and a weapons depot, triggering explosions and fires. Russia reported shooting down 251 drones across 14 regions in one of the largest Ukrainian attacks since the war began. Zelenskyy said Ukraine now produces over 40% of weapons used at the front and plans to export surplus arms by year’s end to fund purchases of sophisticated systems it cannot manufacture domestically.
