Sochi drone attack ignites fire, prisoner exchange planned

An overnight Ukrainian drone attack ignited a massive fire at a Sochi oil depot, halting flights after debris struck a fuel tank. Russia shot down 93 drones and reported four injuries in a separate Voronezh strike. In Mykolaiv, a Russian missile wounded seven civilians as Ukraine intercepted most of the 76 drones and seven missiles. Negotiations in Istanbul led Zelenskyy and Putin to agree on exchanging 1,200 prisoners, but no ceasefire has been secured.
