Three unidentified gunmen entered a house party in KwaMakhutha township, south of Durban, and opened fire late Tuesday night, killing at least 11 people and wounding three others. Ten victims, including a woman believed to be pregnant, died at the scene, while an eleventh victim succumbed to injuries after being transported to a hospital. South African police have launched an urgent 72-hour operation to track down the three suspects. They are also investigating whether a torched vehicle found near the scene is linked to this attack.
