The EU and Mercosur have reached an agreement on a free trade deal.

After 25 years of negotiations, the EU and Mercosur have come to an agreement on a free trade deal. If ratified the deal would create the world’s largest free trade zone. Several European countries have expressed concerns over the deal. France has vowed to ensure the deal in its current form is not approved.
