“Nearly four people were killed and one injured in a suicide attack in northern Sar-e-Pul province on Wednesday, local officials said. The incident took place in Sancharak district in the province when a suicide bomber detonated his explosives near a vehicle related to Haji Rahim, a former jihadi leader, Sar-e-Pul governor Mohammad Zahir Wahdat said.”
