Islamist militants ⁠from ⁠an al Qaeda-linked ⁠group killed 10 long-haul truck drivers and ​two teenage apprentices who were travelling through Mali’s western ‌Kayes region in late ‌January, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said on Tuesday.
