With President Trump’s recent efforts to take over Greenland, the world’s largest island, his administration will now send Vice President JD Vance to visit a military base there. Officials in Greenland have made clear that they do not want the visit to occur, and have branded it as “aggressive.” Anti-Trump sentiment has been steadily increasing in Greenland, and protesters are preparing for the American delegation’s arrival. Politicians on the island are currently involved in discussions over who will lead Greenland’s next administration.
