Mexico expands measures as measles cases climb.
Mexico’s most populous state is increasing school health checks and urging mask use as measles cases rise nationwide. Jalisco, home to the largest outbreak, has already mandated masks in Guadalajara schools. Officials say cases now appear in all 32 states, though some outbreaks, including the one in Chihuahua, have been contained.
