NATO has announced plans to increase its action against sabotage by Russia and China. Over the past few months, critical infrastructure in several NATO states has been damaged, and sabotage is suspected. Recently, a data cable linking Sweden and Finland was damaged in what appears to be a deliberate attack. Mark Rutte discussed the plan on Tuesday, stating that Russia and China have consistently tried to sabotage NATO member states. NATO is planning to increase its intelligence-sharing in similar investigations to counter Russian and Chinese attacks.
