Tropical Storm Melissa formed on Tuesday in the Caribbean.
On Tuesday, Topical Storm Melissa formed in the Caribbean Sea. Forecasters warn that the storm could hit Haiti and Jamaica later this week. Melissa was 310 miles south-southwest of Haiti as of Tuesday evening, and was heading west at 15 mph. Officials are warning that Haiti and the Dominican Republic could see 5-10 inches of rain on Friday.
