Donald Trump, U.S. President-elect, has raised the possibility of using military or economic coercion to take Greenland and the Panama Canal. On Tuesday, Trump gave a news conference at his estate in Mar-a-Lago where he mentioned using various methods of force to make Panama give up control of the Panama Canal and to make Denmark sell Greenland. He also stated that if Hamas’s hostages are not released by Inauguration Day, “all hell will break out in the Middle East.”
