Israeli allies including the United Kingdom, France, and Canada are threatening to take action against Israel after its recent military escalation in Gaza. The allies are urging Israel to stop its renewed offensive in Gaza and lift the restrictions it currently maintains against aid entering the area. The three countries released a joint statement on Monday speaking out against Israel’s escalation in the attack, calling the human suffering in Gaza “intolerable” and threatening actions including targeted sanctions.
