The U.S. and Ukraine are nearing a deal that will give the U.S. a share of Ukraine’s natural resource revenues. President Trump and a Ukrainian government official announced the updates on the agreement on Monday, following Trump’s intense campaign for Ukraine to strike a deal. Trump said that he believes Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky may sign the agreement at the White House this or next week. The latest version of the deal has more favorable terms to Ukraine, but still does not include any security guarantees.
