A planned meeting in London to discuss a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire has been postponed by the UK’s Foreign Office. Diplomats from the US, Ukraine, France, Germany, and the UK along with other senior officials had been expected to attend the talks. Ukraine’s foreign minister and the UK’s foreign secretary are still planning to meet. The discussions had been expected to focus on a ceasefire framework presented by the US last week. The framework, presented as Trump’s “final offer,” had included a controversial provision in which Ukraine would have to recognize Russia’s annexation of Crimea.
