Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a surprise visit to Saudi Arabia ahead of his attendance at the G7 summit in Japan. The purpose of the visit was to participate in the Arab League summit and bolster bilateral relations between Ukraine and Saudi Arabia. During the visit, Zelensky met with Saudi officials and discussed potential areas of cooperation, including trade and investment.
