Rock County is receiving a $12,500 federal grant to help combat domestic terrorism. The funding comes from federal legislation passed after the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing to provide money to help cities and counties conduct emergency preparedness surveys and training, said Ed Gleason, administrator of the state Division of Emergency Management.
