Dutch officials briefly evacuated Amsterdam’s central railway station on Thursday over a bomb threat but later reopened the station, saying they had found nothing. Meanwhile, a railway spokeswoman said the station at Roosendaal, a town near the Belgium border, had also been closed over a bomb threat and train traffic halted. Security services in Europe are on high alert two weeks after blasts on trains in Madrid killed 190 people and after a bomb was found half-buried on the main railway line between Paris and Switzerland on Wednesday. Train traffic in and out of the Dutch capital was halted at around 1:30 p.m. but police allowed the public back into the station about an hour later. “Nothing was found.
