A federal judge Monday refused to throw out a confession in the deadly 1998 bombings of two U.S. embassies in Africa. Mohamed Rashed Daoud Al-’Owhali, 24, had argued in court papers that his confession was coerced by U.S. investigators who threatened to hang him “like a dog” unless he cooperated.
