Authorities have captured a man believed to be one of the country`s most violent and dangerous kidnappers, the Mexican Justice Department said. Pedro Barragan Gonzalez and five alleged members of his gang were captured by federal and state agents on Friday in the Gulf coast state of Veracruz, the Justice Department said Wednesday. Barragan is alleged to be responsible for kidnapping numerous victims, some of whom he allegedly mutilated to force their relatives to pay ransom. Full Story
