A former systems administrator for local online art retailer Guild.com says charges that he hacked the company`s system were fabricated. Robert Starks, 21, is facing tentative charges of identity theft, harassment and violations of the state`s computer crimes statute for allegedly intercepting e-mails and channeling people accessing the company`s Web site to his own site, which lampoons the company.
