Neighbours and acquaintances of Mohamed Mansour Jabarah in St. Catharines, Ont., were aghast to discover last night that the man who had lived among them for almost a decade is accused of being a cell leader for the al-Qaeda terror organization. The 20-year-old Mr. Jabarah, who is being held at a detention centre somewhere in the northeastern United States, attended a large local Catholic high school just minutes away from his parents` quiet home in a family-oriented neighbourhood.
