A deputy head of the pro-Russian administration in Chechnya has been killed in a bomb attack. They have killed somebody who was trying every means possible to restore normal live to Chechnya Administration chief, Akhmad Kadyrov The man, Shamalu Deniyev, had been giving a live television address at a television studio in the town of Avtury, south-east of the capital Grozny, when the bomb went off.
