Britain’s ambassador to Iraq has appealed for information that would lead to the recovery of the remains of former hostage Ken Bigley. Bigley was kidnapped from his Baghdad residence on September 16 along with Americans Eugene Armstrong and Jack Hensley. The two Americans were beheaded within days. On October 10, a videotape was posted on the Internet showing the grisly beheading of Bigley, a 62-year-old civil engineer from Liverpool. The three were purportedly kidnapped and killed by terrorist mastermind Abu Musab al-Zarqawi’s Tawhid and Jihad group. Bigley’s body has not been found.Full Story
