A member of the Lebanese Cabinet, Wiam Wahhab, confirmed the partial withdrawal in a statement carried by a state news agency, saying it was “part of constant coordination” between Lebanon and Syria and that when “there is no need for the presence (of Syrian troops) in a specific area, a withdrawal takes places in a normal way.”Full Story
