An Iraqi wanted by police for alleged involvement in the beheadings of people working with U.S.-led forces in Mosul has been arrested by police in the town of Tikrit, police said Tuesday. They said Khaled Zakiyah was captured while visiting relatives in Tikrit, 110 miles north of Baghdad.Full Story
