Three men arrested by Kenyan police were found with pamphlets discussing the killing of a British Broadcasting Corp. journalist in Somalia 12 days ago, a police spokesman said Monday. A police report obtained by The Associated Press alleged that the three men are members of a terror cell and a pamphlet found with them gives details of the killing of Kate Peyton and the celebrations following her death.
