Authorities have arrested a Taiwanese businessman suspected of smuggling missile parts to Libya, a prosecutor said Friday. Investigators searched the home of Hsieh Chin-yi on Thursday and then arrested him, said Chang Chin-feng, chief prosecutor of Taoyuan city in northern Taiwan.
