Three men, one of them a federal agent, were shot to death inside a hospital in the northern city of Chihuahua, officials said. Victor Hugo Estrada and two men who happened to be with him in the private hospital where he was recuperating from an earlier shooting were attacked by as many as seven gunmen who burst into the facility and immobilized guards, doctors and nurses, said the prosecutor’s office in Chihuahua state, which borders the United States.
