The TRC has just received word that a 2nd suspect has been arrested at the Beecher Falls, Vermont POE. This arrest actually occured last night, but was not reported until today. The suspect was an Algerian citizen with falsified Canadien documents and was traveling with a woman of an unknown nationality. Full Story
