Iran’s president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said Saturday that the Bush administration should be tried on war crimes charges and that it had no right to question Iran’s nuclear program. The conservative president was speaking at an event celebrating the 26th anniversary of the Basij volunteer paramilitary force, which supported Mr. Ahmadinejad during the presidential election campaign in June.
