An explosion in a hospital parking garage in north China killed at least 17 people on Monday, a hospital official said. The blast occurred in an underground garage at a hospital for the staff of the Xuangang Coal and Electricity Co. Ltd. in Shanxi province’s Yuanping county, said Li You, an official with the security department. The cause was not immediately known. Full Story
