Officials are investigating whether Saddam Hussein or Osama bin Laden are behind yesterday’s brazen terror killing of an American computer expert working for the U.S. military in Kuwait. The brutal assassination and wounding of another worker in the same attack outside Camp Doha, the main U.S. Army base in Kuwait, was the third shooting of Americans involved in the war effort in the last four months.
