Israeli troops killed a Palestinian during clashes in a Gaza Strip refugee camp on Thursday, local witnesses said. An Israeli army spokeswoman confirmed troops were operating in the area but was checking the report of the death. Residents of the Maghazi Camp in central Gaza said it was not immediately clear whether the man killed on Thursday was a militant.
