Vendors from the Bo Bae garment market plan to demonstrate at the Interior Ministry today in a bid to pressure the ministry to intervene in their relocation dispute with the city administration. The move comes after Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) executives and vendor representatives failed to come up with a solution yesterday. The vendors had until yesterday to vacate their current sites on the pavement at Phadung Krung Kasem road and move to a nearby market that has been developed by a private firm. Full Story
