FIJI’S Great Council of Chiefs has performed a remarkable turnaround to swing its support behind the regime of coup leader Frank Bainimarama. Saying it was “time to move on”, council chairman Ovini Bokini urged Fijians to back the self-appointed prime minister and his cabinet.
