Two Canadian soldiers were injured when their vehicle ran over a land mine near Maywand, Afghanistan, on Sunday. The soldiers were evacuated to the base hospital at the NATO base in Kandahar. Lieutenant Chris Courtemanche said the soldiers, from the National Support Element, have been treated for non-life threatening injuries and their families have been notified. Full Story
