Eight American soldiers and a journalist were killed in bomb attacks in Iraq on Sunday, the U.S. military said. In a statement, the military said the deadliest incident was when a roadside bomb killed six soldiers and the journalist in volatile Diyala province. The bomb hit a vehicle they were travelling in.
