Turkish authorities say a suicide bomber was behind Tuesday’s blast that killed six other people in Ankara. Ankara Governor Kemal Onal said Wednesday the bomber had a police record and used explosives similar to those used by Kurdish militants. There has been no claim of responsibility for the blast.
