Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko promised Tuesday to create more favourable conditions for Chinese investors in his country, during a meeting with the head of China’s central bank. “The most favourable conditions will be created to bring Chinese investors into Belarus,” Lukashenko was quoted by his press service as telling Zhou Xiaochuan, president of the People’s Bank of China.
