The promise of flashy, new tech, paired with industry pressure to accelerate business transformation and deliver results, often generates a “FOMO” effect for even the most cautious IT leaders. Not every tech is a hit, which makes it even more exciting when the industry hits a home run. Agentic AI is already proving itself to be a winner.
