OKX Joint Venture Files with SEC to Launch Tokenized U.S. Stock Trading Platform

OKXICE, a joint venture between OKX and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), officially submitted a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The proposed platform aims to introduce continuous, 24/7 tokenized securities trading for U.S. equities. The initial filing targets tokenized shares representing over 60 companies currently listed on major U.S. stock exchanges. The venture builds on a collaboration established earlier in the year when ICE invested in OKX to develop digitally native financial infrastructure. The submitted notice grants listed corporate issuers a 30-day window to opt out if they prefer not to participate in the tokenized venue.
