The vendor, likely TriZetto based on timeline and impact, experienced unauthorized access affecting multiple healthcare organizations. Kroll, acting as the vendor’s administrator, notified TOI that patient‑related systems were compromised. No ransomware group has claimed responsibility, and a dedicated patient portal has been created to support affected individuals.
