Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital has disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach.

Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital reported that a January 31 network intrusion exposed personal and health information belonging to more than 250,000 individuals. Compromised data includes names, contact information, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, and health plan details. The hospital states there is currently no evidence of misuse but urges affected individuals to monitor their accounts for suspicious activity. Following the breach, NMH secured its systems and notified law enforcement, though no ransomware group has claimed responsibility.
