Ukrainian drones hit Russian warehouse and refinery.
Ukrainian long‑range drones destroyed a major Wildberries warehouse in Russia’s Tambov region for the second time in five weeks, part of a broader campaign targeting facilities Ukraine says supply components used by the Russian military. The strike coincided with an attack on a Lukoil refinery in Nizhny Novgorod, where a large fire broke out as regional officials confirmed industrial damage. Russia responded with new rules allowing temporary state control of private infrastructure that fails to protect or rebuild after attacks, while continuing missile and drone strikes that have killed civilians in Ukraine. Local authorities said the Tambov depot burned to the ground and two people were injured, and separate drone debris killed two residents in Lipetsk.
